To ensure your booking is processed smoothly, please note the following:
Provide accurate contact details - Please use a valid phone number and email address when booking. We will need to contact you to arrange your prescriber consultation. Bookings made without the correct details may be delayed or cancelled.
Book at least 2 weeks in advance. This allows sufficient time for your prescription consultation to be completed and approved prior to your treatment appointment.
